A few steps to create
the perfect illustration
Technical task
To create a sketch, I usually need a floor plan and photos or links of the furniture, lighting or other materials that should be shown on the drawing.
Perspective View
I create a simple 3D model (Archicad or livehome3d app) of the space so I can ensure we are accounting for all of the objects in the room and the correct proportions and sizes.I send you several angles to choose from.
Rendering in color
The last step is filling in the sketch with colors. This is when the picture comes to live and provides a vivid visualization of the room and all its elements.
PROCESS &
DELIVERY
When all required specification and payment received I start process with 3D modeling of the room using AutoCAD or livehome 3D app and send several view points to choose best one for you. (if you have archicad or autocad file you can send me directly, it's will save the time)
Based on choosen view point the illustration will be created and sent to you approval. In this stage you can make changes: Free edits less than 20% of the sketch
More than 20% of thewhole illustration at extra cost.
After final approval and payment of the balance the illustration will be sent to you in high resolution.
PLEASE NOTE
illustrations take 2-4 business days to complete per illustration.

Yes. You will have the opportunity to make revisions at 2 stages. After receiving a simple 3D model of the space from me, you can add, remove objects, or change their placement. Additionally, after receiving the final sketch, you can make revisions such as changing colors, provided that the number of revisions does not exceed 20% of the final sketch.
