A few steps to create
the perfect illustration
Technical task
To begin, I’ll need a floor plan and a few references- links or photos of furniture, finishes, and lighting that reflect your vision. These help shape the mood and focus of the illustration.
Perspective View
I build a simple 3D model (ArchiCAD or LiveHome3D) to explore the space in accurate proportions. You’ll receive a few perspective options to choose from calm and clear from the start.
Rendering in color
Once the sketch is confirmed, I bring it to life with textures, lighting and color. This is where the atmosphere forms and the space becomes emotionally engaging.

When all required specification and payment received I start process with 3D modeling of the room using AutoCAD or livehome 3D app and send several view points to choose best one for you. (if you have archicad or autocad file you can send me directly, it's will save the time)
PROCESS &
DELIVERY
Based on choosen view point the illustration will be created and sent to you approval. In this stage you can make changes: Free edits less than 20% of the sketch
More than 20% of thewhole illustration at extra cost.
After final approval and payment of the balance the illustration will be sent to you in high resolution.
PLEASE NOTE
illustrations take 2-4 business days to complete per illustration.

Absolutely. I’ve worked on everything from small boutique spaces and homes to commercial interiors and large-scale event venues.
Yes, of course. One revision is included after the sketch phase. Any additional changes after the final delivery can be made for an extra fee.
Once you contact me, I’ll guide you through a simple process: you’ll send a floor plan and references, and we’ll discuss your goals. I’ll make sure everything is clear before I begin.
Pricing depends on the project type and complexity. I’ll give you a custom quote after reviewing your brief. Payment is usually via PayPal or bank transfer.
